How to book a room.

 

Proceedure to book a room.

1. Click the "Room Details" button to find a room that meets you needs.
2. Check the "Hire Cost" window for the potential cost of your hire.
3. Telephone, and speak to a caretakers on 01292 478235 for more information.
4. Download the "Let" form by clicking on the "PDF" symbol below.
5. Print and complete the "Let" form. (They are also available from the caretaker).
6. Deliver the form to the caretaker at the centre.
 
How to pay for a room let


You will receive an email from us each month with an invoice attached and can then use this to pay by bank transfer.

Our bank details will be on the invoice to enable you to do this.
