Add a Group ..... Add a new group in to the system. You have to add them before you enter a booking for them..
Once in the system you can make as many bookings for them as you like.
Edit Group info ..... In the event of a mistake being made during the entry stage, or the group's details changing, this option will let you update the group's information. You CANNOT change the number.
List group Info ..... If you just want to check some piece of information about a group without actually changing it then this is where you would do it. They are listed in "Group Number" order.
Delete a Group ..... When a group stops using the centre it is necessary to remove all their details from the system. If they have multiple bookings these can be removed at the end.
Upload to Archive ..... Allows you to select a file on your local device and copy it up to the "Archive" folder on the server. It can then be clicked on in the "Documents section of the main menu to view it.
Upload to Groups ..... Allows you to select a file on your local device and copy it up to the "Groups Docs" folder on the server. It can then be clicked on in the "Documents" section of the main menu to view it.
Upload to Newsletter ..... Allows you to select a file on your local device and copy it up to the "Newsletters" folder on the server. It can then ve clicked on in the "Documents" section of the main menu to view it.
Delete Document ..... Used to remove a file from one of the "Archive", "Groups" or "Newsletters" folders.
Update News ..... Changes the text in the "Important News" box on the main page of the website. Please note that BOTH lines will be updated even if one is blank.
Clear News ..... Used to clear the existing "Important News" message without putting a new one up. Both lines are blanked. A simple "No new information currently" message is displayed.
New Closure List ..... At the beginning of the year a list of dates when the centre is on holiday is produced. This allows you to enter the dates list which will be displayed on the site.
Clear Closure List ..... Removes all the dates from the Closure List. You MUST do this BEFORE making a new one or you will end up adding the new dates to the old list.
Change Costs ..... If the running costs of the centre increase, it may be necessary to charge people more to hire the rooms. This option allows you to change the rates that are displayed on the website.
Reset Password ..... If you need to change your admin login password, this is where you would do so.
Please note: you can only change YOUR OWN password using this option.
Contact List   This option allows you to display and/or print a list of contact details for all the groups. This list includes the email addresses which are not displayed on the public part of the site.
